Given, differential equation
(xcosx)dy+(xysinx+ycosx−1)dx=0,0<x<2π⇒dxdy+xcosxxysinx+ycosx−1=0⇒dxdy+(xcosxxysinx+ycosx)=xcosx1⇒dxdy+(tanx+x1)y=xcosx1
Which is linear differential equation in the form of
dxdy+Py=Q∴IF=e∫(tanx+x1)dx=e(logsecx+logx)=elog(xsecx)=xsecx∴ The general solution of the given differential equation
y⋅IF=∫(Q×IF)dx+c⇒y(xsecx)=∫(xcosx1xsecx)dx+c⇒xysecx=∫sec2xdx+c⇒xysecx=tanx+c........(i)
Since, 3πy(3π)=3⇒y(3π)=π33∴3π(π33)sec(3π)=tan(3π)+c⇒3(2)=3+c⇒c=3
On putting the value of c in Eq. (i), we get
xysecx=tanx+3⇒y=x1(sinx+3cosx)y′=x1(cosx−3sinx)−x21(sinx+3cosx)y′′=x1(−sinx−3cosx)−x21(cosx−3sinx)−x21(cosx−3sinx)−x32(cosx−3sinx)∴∣6πy′′(6π)+2y′(6π)∣=∣−2∣=2
